Just as many raised their hands when asked if they knew about all the other prevention programs that are available through Medicare as well.
Officials say nearly 47,000 adults die each year in the nation from diseases that are preventable by a vaccine.
That's why the tour bus is traveling to rural areas on a 48-state tour to get the word out to people who may not have access to information on services that are not only free...but life-saving.
Health officials on the tour say they're also hoping to learn more about the program from recipients who don't have internet access or don't like using 1-800 numbers for help.
This senior group from Letcher County says without their area agency on aging, KRADD, they'd be lost with 54 different prescription drug plans to choose from.
