Commission Pushing For Broad Changes For Veterans Medical Care

Medical care for veterans should be improving, but President Bush says don't expect it to happen right away.

A commission has been pushing for broad changes to the system that treats men and women wounded in combat. The panel's suggestions include a $50 million dollar plan to better diagnosis and treat those with post traumatic stress disorder and brain injuries.
