An Eastern Kentucky referee has been arrested in Breathitt County after police say he was trying to solicit a minor for sex online.

Authorities say Paul Terry chatted with an undercover officer who he thought was a 13 year old girl. Police say Terry even used a web camera to expose himself to the supposed girl just last week.

Terry, who is from Breathitt County, is a referee for high schools in Eastern Kentucky and referees college games in the area.

His arrest was part of an internet crimes sting against children conducted by Morehead Police Department and Kentucky State Police. They say Terry's home computer and other unknown items were taken as part of a search warrant.

Terry was taken to the Three Forks Regional Jail but we've learned he's since been released on bond.
