A Southeastern Kentucky city will have to pay some fines because of overtime violations.
Cumberland Mayor Loretta Cornett tells us she still doesn't know how much the city will have to pay for the violations. She says it all happened because the former mayor cut out overtime so several police officers were never paid for extra time. She says the violations also include other city departments.
This all came after an audit revealed, time cards did not match up to dispatching logs.
Cornett says the problems have been corrected now.
