Police say a Martin County man found dead in his home was murdered.

An autopsy report shows 46 year old Gregory Moore died from a gunshot wound.

Family members say they found him slumped over a desk in his home.

Police say they do not have any suspects right now and ask anyone with information to come forward.

“We really want to get to the bottom of what happened to Gregory Moore. At this point in time, we don't have a lot of information as to why someone would want Mr. Moore dead, but hopefully, the public can give us some insight into that,” Trooper Mike Goble said.

Police ask if you saw Gregory Moore over the weekend or have any information about his death, to call state police at 1-800-222-5555.
