A man charged with murder after a car accident that killed an eastern Kentucky teen is found not guilty.
Russell Gray was accused of driving under the influence in Clay County in January, 2008 when he hit a truck driven by Eugene Scotty Henson.
Henson was seriously injured and his passenger, 17-year-old Brandi Napier died in the crash.
Officials say a jury deliberated a little more than an hour before returning the not guilty verdict late Thursday afternoon.
The trial began Monday.
