A collision between two cars and a boat in Perry County leaves one woman dead.

Police say Jessica Johnson of Bonnyman was heading south on Highway 15, then turned around on Harvey Road in Grapevine. When she tried to get back on 15, her white Nissan was struck by a red Dodge pickup carrying a boat.

After the impact, both cars ended up in opposite guardrails. The two men in the Dodge were taken to Hazard ARH with non life-threatening injuries.

However, Johnson was pronounced dead at the hospital.

"She was trapped in the vehicle when we arrived on the scene. We did make those cuts and spreads, and released the vehicle. When she left here she did have a pulse," Dwight Vires, from Grapevine-Chavies Fire Department, said.

State Police are still investigating the accident.
