Judges Drops Charges Against Former Court of Appeals Judge

A judge dismissed charges Thursday afternoon against a Former Court of Appeals Judge David Barber.

Barber was accused of trespassing on Prestonsburg High School property last year to help his son find a classmate to fight. Barber's attorney says the judge granted his motion to dismiss the charges.

Barber still faces one more charge of criminal intent with a minor.
