A mother convicted of manslaughter in the death of her own son is sentenced to ten years in jail.
Rhonda Justice's four year old handicapped son drowned in a neighbor's swimming pool. Prosecutors said justice was responsible because her son required 24 hour supervision and she was passed out on her house.
The jury couldn't decide on a sentence when they convicted her, but Judge Steven Combs sentenced her to ten years in jail Friday afternoon.
