Guilty Plea In School Abuse Case

A Floyd County man pleads guilty to abusing special education students.
Marty Mullins will be formally sentenced on September 28th on the charges.
Mullins made the plea last week.
Mullins allegedly abused his special education students at May Valley Elementary School in 2001 and 2002. He will also be sentenced for perjury after he allegedly lied on the witness stand in 2004 while facing the abuse charges. Mullins resigned from Floyd County schools shortly after the allegations were made.
