Police find 150 quarts of moonshine

State police find 150 quarts of suspected moonshine in Clay County while looking for marijuana plots.

26-year-old William Finley of Manchester was charged with illegal possession of alcoholic beverages in a dry territory.

Finley was cited in Clay District Court.

The moonshine was found in the Paw Paw community.
