A Johnson County woman is indicted on murder charges after deputies say she shot and killed her ex-boyfriend in April.
Deputies say 52 year old Donna Wheeler shot 52 year old James T. Sparks in the back at her home on Barber Branch.
Investigators say Wheeler admitted she fired shots at him but did not say why.
Her attorney claims Sparks had a history of domestic violence against Wheeler.
She will be arraigned on July 2nd.
