A Southern Kentucky woman is charged after she gets into an accident with a small child in her car.

Officials with the Pulaski County Sheriffs Department say 25 year old Ronika Payton struck a car driven by 25 year old Nathaniel Cox, after a dispute over a drug transaction.

Officials say Payton had a 3 year old boy in the car with her.
Cox had passengers too, including a one and half year old boy.

Payton was arrested and charged with eight counts of wanton endangerment and is being held in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
