Man Pleads Guilty To Murdering Brother, Mother

MONTICELLO, Ky. (AP) - A south central Kentucky man pled guilty
earlier this week to murdering his brother and mother in 2005.
Robert Coy Dennis also pled guilty to possession of a firearm by
a convicted felon and one count of possession of a handgun by a
convicted felon on Wednesday, WFLW radio in Monticello reported.
A life sentence was recommended on each of the counts of murder,
plus 15 years for the firearm charges.
Formal sentencing has been scheduled for November 5.
Dennis turned himself in for the shootings of Gary Lee Dennis,
48, and Dorothy Dennis, 70, on Nov. 18, 2005. The shootings
occurred at the family's home in Monticello.
