We have an update on the head-on collision in Bell County we first told you about Tuesday.
The accident happened around noon on U.S. 119.
58-year-old Garrell Freeman of Harlan was travelling south when he crossed the center line and hit a truck driven by 80-year-old Chester Miracle of Page.
Both men had multiple injuries and were flown to the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
Miracle later died from his injuries.
