A Southern Kentucky man is charged with punching a six year child and knocking out his teeth.
The Corbin News Journal reports Elton Wayne Spurin was arrested Sunday night for allegedly hitting the 6-year-old, causing the child to lose two teeth.
Police say a fight broke out between Spurin and another person at a home on 17th Street in Corbin.
The warrant states Spurin struck the child hard enough that he had to be taken to the ER.
Spurin left the scene and was later caught. He's charged with one count of second-degree assault.
