Jury selection is now complete in the trial of a man charged with gunning down his boyfriend in broad daylight.
Opening statements will begin Monday in the trial of Toby Lasure.
He's charged with murdering Harlan County native Christopher Tolliver, in the Lexington Green parking lot last year.
Last month, Lasure was found mentally competent to stand trial for the murder.
Tolliver's family says he had gone to break up with Lasure when police say Lasure shot and killed him.
Lasure's trial is expected to last around five days.
