Officials: Bear hit by car may have survived

Fish and Wildlife officials believe a bear that was hit by a vehicle on a busy roadway may have survived.

The accident happened Wednesday on Highway 15 near the Christopher community of Perry County.

Officers spent a couple of hours looking for the bear, but did not find anything.
