A Martin County grand jury will hear the case of an alleged drunk driver charged in the death of a ten year old girl.
Police say 26 year old Ross Brandon Sluss was driving under the influence of drugs when he allegedly crashed head on into an SUV with a grandmother and three young girls inside.
Ten year old Destiny Brewer died from her injuries.
Tuesday morning the judge sent the case to the grand jury.
Sluss is charged with murder.
His bond is set at $100,000 cash.
