Flash Flood Warnings until 2:00 for Perry, Letcher, Leslie and Knott Counties. Flash Flood Warnings until 2:30 for Breathitt, Lee, and Wolfe Counties. Flooding has been reported in Big Creek in Perry County and War Creek and Breathitt County. Heavy rain will continue over the next few ours and will continue the flooding threat. If you live in a flood prone area, be ready to move to higher ground and do not attempt to cross flooded roadways.

Man admits to having child porn

One Johnson County man admits to having child pornography.

62-year-old Phillip Cavins pleaded guilty to having at least one image of children engaged in sexual acts and possession of a firearm.

Cavins has a prior felony rape conviction.

He will receive at least 10 years in prison when he is sentenced later this year.
