A man who allegedly shot three people in April is indicted.
Police say 74-year-old Charles Sizemore of Rowdy shot Josh Jones, Devon Jones, and Chris Whitaker on April 9th with a shotgun.
Sizemore is charged with three counts of second degree assault and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
An arraignment date is set for September 29th.
