An ambulance driver is arrested after a wreck Friday morning in Johnson County.
Around 6:30 a.m., the Questcare ambulance went into the ditch on Highway 172, near the highway garage.
The driver, Sam Music of Paintsville, is charged with DUI. The arrest citation states he had taken prescription pills.
Questcare officials told WYMT no patients were on board during the crash and it was on the way to pick up a dialysis patient.
Music went to the hospital with injuries but is now in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
Questcare officials told us no one could comment at this time.
