Police in Laurel County make another arrest in the beating of a business owner.
92-year-old Russell Brown was attacked at his London recycling center back in August when two men trying to sell cans, hit him in the head and stole his money.
On Thursday of last week, officers arrested Anthony Helton.
Helton is facing several charges, including robbery and assault.
Helton's nephew, Leonard Wayne Helton, was charged in September.
