Another suspect charged in a nine year old Martin County murder case pleads guilty.
David Jude is one of three men charged with murder for the death of Patrick Calvin Blackburn in 2002.
Friday morning, Jude pleaded guilty to manslaughter charges and agreed to testify against Jimmy
Cornette, Junior, who is also charged with murder.
The other suspect, Jerry Stepp, also pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
Cornette's trial is scheduled to start Monday in Martin County.
