Application deadlines loom for W.Va. disaster aid

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Victims of recent storms in four West Virginia counties could be eligible for federal disaster unemployment assistance. But they're running out of time to apply.

WorkForce West Virginia says storm victims in Lincoln, Marion and Wayne counties have until April 23 to apply. The deadline for Logan County storm victims is April 25.

The storms in late February and March spawned tornadoes, flooding, mudslides and landslides.
