Arch Turner will likely plead guilty to vote-buying charges Tuesday

Former Breathitt County School System Superintendent Arch Turner is expected to plead guilty Tuesday to federal vote-buying charges.

Earlier this month, an attorney for Turner filed a motion requesting a hearing for Turner to plead guilty to several of the charges.

He's accused of being involved in a scheme to buy votes in the May, 2010 primary.

Turner resigned in May.

Ten others have pleaded guilty or have been convicted of taking part in vote-buying in the same election.
