Arrest made after man rams cruiser

Laurel County deputies got a rude awakening early Saturday morning.

Deputies were told of a fight in progress on Kentucky Family Drive off Adams Road.

When they responded, one deputy tracked down Zachary Thompson's pickup truck just before Thompson rammed the deputy's cruiser!

The deputy turned around his car and caught up to the suspect, who was then stopped.

Two people came stumbling out of the truck, and one was arrested.

One suspect then kicked a deputy in the face.

Thompson and Candice Siler were both arrested and taken to the Laurel County Detention Center.
