A Whitley County man is behind bars after a robbery at an apartment complex.
Police say 50 year old Ray Banks was arrested after the manager of Cumberland Heights Apartment complex found an office door had been forced open and nearly 500 dollars in coins were missing.
After reviewing the surveillance video authorities were able to identify banks.
He is charged with third degree burglary.
