Fire officials say arson has still not been ruled out as the cause of a fire that gutted an apartment building.

The fire last month at Eblen Apartments, which used to be Hazard High School, left several families homeless.

Officials urge anyone with information about the fire to come forward.

The owner of the building also tells Mountain News he hopes to rebuild instead of tear down the historic building.
