Ashland woman indicted in crash that killed another woman

An Ashland woman is indicted on second-degree manslaughter in connection with a traffic crash that killed another Ashland woman.

A Boyd County Grand Jury indicted Jami Simms, 28, on Monday.

The fatal accident happened on August 21 along Midland Trail in Summit.

Lisa Walker, 28, was killed.
