Posted: Fri 5:56 PM, Feb 01, 2013

HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - The Attorney General's office has received at least one complaint about the Cumberland Valley Health District.

Harlan County Judge-Executive Joe Grieshop tells us the complaints are with employees' retirement funds.

Some employees say no money has gone into their retirement fund since September, but it came out of their paycheck.

The Attorney General's Office could not confirm or deny if there is an investigation.
