Attorney General's office investigating David School director

We are following a developing story out of Floyd County.

The Floyd County Times reports the Attorney General's office is investigating David School director Daniel Greene.

The paper reports officials in the AG'S office have filed a petition in Floyd Circuit Court in an effort to get access to school records related to Greene's compensation.

The petition states officials believe starting back in October of 2005, Greene used his position to divert funds to him for personal use or private benefit.

The paper was not able to reach greene or other school officials.
