Attorney general to review elections in 6 counties

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Attorney General Jack Conway says his
office will randomly select six counties that will undergo a review
of Tuesday's primary election.
The review, a standard procedure in Kentucky, will look for any
Election Day irregularities. The counties will be selected in a
random drawing within the next three weeks.
Conway said his office's election fraud hotline received 31
calls on Tuesday from 14 counties. Two of the calls were complaints
about alleged vote buying. Five regarded questions about
electioneering near the polls.
The attorney general said all the complaints will be thoroughly
reviewed.
Investigators patrolled polling places across the state on
Tuesday.
