SYDNEY (AP) - A broadcast company has canceled the Australian radio show behind the hoax phone call to the British hospital where a pregnant Kate Middleton was staying.

And the two DJs who carried out the hoax have apologized, saying that it's "gut-wrenching" to think they may have played a part in the death of a nurse who fell for the prank.

Police haven't yet determined how the nurse died, but it was immediately assumed that it was related to her falling for the prank.
