One man planning on helping tornado victims says someone stole a piece of equipment worth $87,000 from him not long after he finished paying it off.

Tommy King tells us the case 5-80 backhoe 'disappeared' from his Estill County auto shop off Highway 52.

Not only was the backhoe 'crucial' to king's job, he planned to take it to West Liberty today to help some of those affected by the March 2 tornado.

Kentucky State Police are investigating. King said the backhoe does not have a driver's side door or a passenger side window.
