The man dubbed the bad hair bandit and his wife have been indicted by a federal grand jury.
The grand jury in London indicted Jason and Tasha Fox for armed bank robbery and a conspiracy charge.
The indictment stems from the robbery of the L & N Credit Union in Whitley County.
They will be arraigned in federal court January 20th.
The two are suspected of robbing banks across southeastern Kentucky and east Tennessee since June.
