Bell County animal shelter workers need to find homes for dozens of dogs to get ready for renovations at the shelter.

The renovations to the dog section at the animal shelter could start soon, so workers need to get the dogs out of the construction zone. They are asking for people to adopt them.

"We want each and every one of them to go to a good loving home where they're going to get lots of attention and lots of love," said Shelly Henson.

Once construction starts, Henson estimates it will take four to six weeks to finish.

Anyone who wants to adopt a dog should just go to the animal shelter Monday through Saturday during the daytime.
