A Bell County Fair official is charged with more than a dozen counts for Theft of Labor Already Rendered.
Juanita Hall, 53 of Pineville was taken into custody on Friday by Kentucky State Police.
Detectives say they arrested the fair secretary and treasurer following a lengthy investigation.
Hall is accused of failing to pay the fair's vendors. She was booked into the Bell County Detention Center and officially slapped with 13 felony of Theft of Labor Already Rendered between $500 and $10,000 dollars.
She had posted bail by Saturday evening.
State police say the case is still under investigation.
