A group that fights substance abuse in Eastern Kentucky has received a huge donation.
Danny Maggard and Steve Barker presented a one hundred thousand dollar check to fifth district Congressman Hal Rogers.
The money was donated by Kentucky River Properties.
Operation Unite will use the money to pay for various drug treatment programs in Perry, Knott, Leslie and Letcher counties.
