The flood waters are beginning to slowly recede across most of Eastern Kentucky and the snow showers are coming to an end. Roads will remain slick tonight as temperatures drop below zero. Kentucky State Police say the cause of death for a man found in an eastern Kentucky lake appears to be an accident.
The Wolfe County Coroner says the body of Robert Tolson, 31, was found Wednesday evening in a pay lake off Big Andy Ridge Road. The coroner says Tolson had been missing since Monday.
An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday. Meanwhile, state police say the case remains under investigation.
