Body found near Harlan County mine

We are learning more about a body found near a mining site in Harlan County.

Police have not released many details, but we did learn the body was found near a sub station on the property of R & B Coal Company.

Officials say the man appears to have been electrocuted while trying to steal copper.

His name is not being released and his body was taken to Frankfort for an autopsy.

Harlan County Coroner Phillip Bianchi says dental records will be used to make an identification.
