The body of a Harlan County man found dead inside his home is identified.
Officials say the body is that of 58-year-old Steven Gibson.
State police found Gibson's body after his neighbor called asking for a welfare check.
The neighbor says he became worried after Gibson had not been seen in several days.
Officials say the cause of death cannot be confirmed right now, but foul play is suspected.
