Bomb threat sends two students to juvenile detention facility

A bomb threat sent two juveniles to the Breathitt County Juvenile Detention Facility.

The Floyd County Times reports students were evacuated from Adams Middle School in Prestonsburg following a bomb threat Tuesday morning.

Floyd County Superintendent Henry Webb says school officials followed all safety protocols and notified authorities immediately.

No bomb was found and the two students taken to the detention facility are thought to be connected to the threat.
