Boy Scouts board meets amid talk of policy on gays

IRVING, Texas (AP) - The Boy Scouts of America could vote Wednesday on whether to open the organization up to gay members and leaders.

BSA said last week that it was considering allowing troops to decide whether to allow gay membership.
