It was Homecoming weekend at Morehead State University, as the institution kicks of its 125th anniversary.
On Sunday, MSU celebrated with the official acquisition of the Browning Orchard in Fleming County. More than 500 people were on hand for the festivities, which included a concert, hayrides and of course, thousands of apples.
The orchard was donated by the Browning family to be used for MSU's expanding agriculture education department. The farm covers more than 200 acres near the community of Wallingford.
