GRAY, Ky. (WYMT) - Knox County Sheriff's Deputies say burglars stole cash and damaged the Grab and Go gas station in Gray early Tuesday morning.

It was caught on tape.

The first employee to arrive at work found the door open, the ATM destroyed, and cash missing from it and the office and cash registers.

"I was the last one to leave last night, so I'm a little threatened," said Gary Warhurst, an employee at the store.

Surveillance video shows two men with their faces covered prying open the door just before 1:30 in the morning. Investigators say the surveillance then shows them going through the store and taking all of the cash.

"It looks like it was orchestrated. They knew where to go, what to do, and exactly what to hit," said Deputy Claude Hudson.

The store owner has not released how much money was taken.

Deputies have no suspects yet. They are asking for the public's help to identify the burglars and catch them.

Employees hope they are caught soon.

"If someone's breaking in every night, we'll lose all kinds of money and before too long, I'll be out of a job," said Warhurst.

They hope someone with information comes forward.

Anyone with information should call the Knox County Sheriff's Department at 606-546-3181.
