Carville, Matalin delivering Murray State lecture

MURRAY, Ky. (AP) - Political strategists James Carville and Mary Matalin are speaking in western Kentucky next week at Murray State University's annual Presidential Lecture Series.

Carville was chief strategist for President Bill Clinton's run at the Whitehouse in 1992, at the same time that Matalin was director of President George H.W. Bush's re-election campaign. They married after the election.

The topic of their lecture on Monday is "All's Fair in Love, War and Politics."

The lecture starts at 7:30 p.m. CST in Lovett Auditorium
