Case has been waived to grand jury

The case of a Perry County man accused of killing a man during a car wreck has been waived to the grand jury.

Police say twenty year old Eric Ison was driving under the influence when his car crashed into another car driven by Bobby Napier, who was killed.

Ison could be indicted on murder and DUI charges.
