VERSAILLES, Ky. (AP) - A public restaurant is planned at a central Kentucky castle.

When it will open and how much it will cost to eat there aren't yet certain, but attorney Bill Moore told the Lexington Herald-Leader that CastlePost owner Tom Post wants it to be as soon as possible.

The move comes after officials in Woodford County amended an ordinance that allows places meeting the definition of a tourist destination to open restaurants and gift shops and hold special events. It also applies to horse farms, historic structures and other landmarks.

The castle, a landmark in Woodford County, was renovated by current owner Tom Post, who opened it in 2008 as CastlePost, a luxury bed-and-breakfast.
