Charges change in baby trading case

The charges against a Laurel County mother accused in a baby selling case have changed.

Heather Kaminsky was back in court Tuesday afternoon.

Police say she traded her newborn baby for a truck.

A judge changed the charges against her to a Class D Felony, which deals with payments in adoptions.

Kaminsky's preliminary hearing was also delayed until late August because her attorney also represents Jeremy and Jaimee Brown. Those two make-up the couple that allegedly bought the baby.
